Chris passed away peacefully, at home, in the tender care of his family, on 17th April 2024.
Peacefully at home in the arms of his loving wife and family, after a brief illness bravely borne with remarkable courage.
Adored husband of Niamh and amazing father to Caoimhe, Ronan, Caireann Rose and Hugh. Dearest son of Margaret and the late Brendan (Dublin) and much loved son-in-law of Seamus and Rosaleen Ruane (Cratloe).
Chris will be sadly missed by his sisters Sinead, Deirdre & Aoife, brothers Colm, Niall & Brendan, Niamh’s sisters Aisling & Aoife and brother Eoin, their partners and children, other relatives, neighbours and his many friends.
May his gentle soul, rest in peace.
Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate, Pennywell on Thursday April 18th from 4pm to 6pm. Arriving at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road on Friday April 19th for 10am Mass, streamed live only here.Funeral afterwards to Shannon Crematorium.
