As part of the process of gathering opinions from parishioners and from the community for Synod 2016, a questionnaire will be distributed at all Masses in Our Lady of the Rosary Parish on the weekend of Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th of April 2015.

Please complete and return the form, using the boxes provided in the Church, as soon as possible.  Your answers will influence the Agenda for the Synod meeting and help to inform our parish delegates.

If you have a friend, neighbour or family member, who will not be at Mass but might wish to contribute an opinion, please feel free to take an extra questionnaire.
